EXECUTIVE MINDFULNESS
Discover The New Research-Based Program that Will Bring You Greater Focus, Increased Success, and More Fulfillment in Your Work.
Introducing… An online mindfulness course for busy executives who want to be better leaders and more productive at work.
Let me guess…
You’re smart, accomplished, and want to be better at what you do. So how do you do that without piling more pressure onto your shoulders?
The answer is simple: by learning the psychological principles of mindfulness that provide you with:
-
the head space to make important decisions
-
the presence to create deep connections
-
the creativity to come up with fresh ideas
-
the courage to break with the status quo and do what’s right

If you find yourself plowing through your work days on automatic pilot, you already know how easy it can be to unintentionally neglect an important relationship or miss a golden opportunity…
That’s why it’s so important to let your brain function at its fullest by taking the time to pause and be present in the moment. The result?
You can see more, be more, and do more as you:
proactively manage stress
communicate with intention
maintain strategic focus
work with high efficiency
But don’t just take my word for it…
Ultra-successful business people who have practiced mindfulness include:
- Oprah Winfrey
- Steve Jobs
- Russell Simmons
- Arianna Huffington
- Ford Executive Chairman Bill Ford
- Co-Founder of Bridgewater Associates, Ray Dalio
And top organizations who have instituted mindfulness programs include corporate giants like:
- General Mills
- Target
- Intel
- Aetna
- Goldman Sachs

Since 2004, I’ve helped thousands of senior leaders to enhance their work performance and gain greater fulfillment in their daily lives by applying psychological principles that radically impact their success.
But while it’s true that mindfulness is increasingly being talked about in business circles – and big enterprises are investing in programs that teach it – the majority of organizations I come across don’t have any systematic ways for leaders to learn about it in a way that would help with their busy professional lives.
That means they can’t deliver relevant examples, or speak in a language that makes sense to business professionals working in high-pressure situations.
In my work as an executive coach, I’ve witnessed the significant benefits of mindfulness on my clients for myself.
I’ve seen firsthand how it gives executives greater confidence and resilience, improves their interpersonal and communication skills, and helps them to behave with intention.
Not only that, but it also allows them to have greater control over their emotions and increases their productivity.
The best part?
The benefits trickle over into their personal lives and positively impact the relationships that are most important to them – ensuring their personal fulfillment and happiness.

Not everyone has the luxury of being able to work one-on-one with an executive coach.
That’s why I created The Executive Mindfulness Online Course – because I wanted to share the advantages of mindfulness on a larger scale.
This exclusive, virtual program will provide you with the information, the resources, and the step-by-step guidance you need to develop an effective mindfulness practice all of your own.
It contains the kind of expert advice I’ve shared with the likes of the Harvard Business Review, CNN, Fast Company, Time, Entrepreneur, the Huffington Post, Cosmo, Money Magazine, Thrive Global, and elsewhere – and it can all be yours, right now.
“As a single mom, my life is incredibly busy and stressful. Between all of my responsibilities at work and at home, I honestly didn’t know if I had time to take a course. But, given how overwhelmed I was feeling, I decided to at least give it a try. I’m so glad I did! Patricia’s lessons are incredibly practical, and they’ve made a huge difference – in my productivity, stress level, and believe it or not, in my confidence to face life’s challenges. I’m also a LOT more present for my son. I can’t recommend this course enough.”
Let me ask you this…
Is your communication style is getting in the way of your success?
- Are you so driven and results-oriented that you move too quickly, and speak before you think?
- Are you impatient, or do people tell you that you could stand to be a better listener?
- Do your emotions interfere with your effectiveness?
Could you use more confidence?
- Do doubt and negative self-talk undermine your success?
- Do you have a hard time bouncing back when things don’t go your way?
- Do you have difficulty managing your emotions?
Are you stressed out, most of the time?
- Do you have a hard time staying focused and keeping up with all of your responsibilities?
- Do you wish you could be more present – at work and at home?
- Do you constantly feel like you’re on the brink of burnout?
If you answered “yes” to one or more of the above, you’re not the only one. And the good news is, you don’t have to struggle with any of that, anymore.

If you’re ready to completely transform the way you approach your work – in a way that positively impacts EVERY area of your life and makes you a better leader – then you don’t have to wait.
What is mindfulness anyway?

I’m glad you asked.
Mindfulness is the ability to remain in the present moment and maintain a moment-by-moment, non-judgmental awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and the surrounding environment.
You can consider it a form of brain training that strengthens your ability to pay attention, so that you can concentrate more easily and focus on the task at hand.
You’ll also find you’re better able to take a step back from situations to observe yourself: your thoughts, your emotions, and your physical reactions. As a result, you’ll act with intention, wisdom, and perspective – and avoid any knee-jerk reactions that could cause conflict or problems further down the line.
Why are so many leading companies investing in mindfulness programs for their employees?
According to a study by the American Psychological Association, 69% of employees report that work is a significant source of stress and 41% say they often feel tense during a typical work day.
In a Gallop survey, 70% of workers reported feeling “checked out” or “actively disengaged” at their jobs.
For those companies who care about their employees’ job satisfaction and performance, bringing mindfulness into the workplace is a total no brainer.
